Stampin’ Blends

This is not my picture, I was looking for a way to label my Stampin Blends and came across this. I though I would share it with you all

Tips for keeping your Stampin’ Blends stored safely and organized.

I was looking for a way that I could see my Stampin’ Blends color without pulling everyone out of the storage holder, so pinterest to the rescue. I saw this picture and thought I can do this. I think it is going to be time consuming, but in the long run it will save me time looking for the color I want. Also it will save the frustration of guessing what color is this one or that one as so manu colors look a like on the Stampin’ Blends caps

I am working on making the labels as we speak, I think I might go one step further and color each label, so it’s easier to see the true color of the Stampin’ Blend. I will attach the labels with a mini glue dot. I am hoping my retired 3/8 circle punch is the right size, to punch them out.

Stampin’ Blends Storage

There’s many ways to store your Stampin’ Blends as long as the horizontal. I am using the Stampin’ Up Blends Storage, I find it a lot easier then just throwing them into a bin or drawer. The great thing about these storage system is you can stack them as tall as you want, pair them up with other Stampin’ Up storage solutions. I have just recently started to get the pad and marker holders as well.

I have decided to organize my blends in color families as it is in the Stampin’ Up catalogue, with my ink pad and marker. again it is your choice on how you would like them organize. Maybe your prefer like color tones grouped together.

As in my picture, my new storage area, I am finding it as an easy solution to store all my Stampin’ pads, markers and Stampin’ Blends.

Each of the Stampin’ Blends Storage Trays stores 6 Stampin’ Blends markers.  They come in s set of 5. You do have the choice of getting a topper lid or a topper storage. I went with the storage to have my ink refills with my color families.

* 5 white plastic craft storage trays (total of 30 blends
* Silicone feet keep trays from slipping
* Size 5″ x 5″ x 7/8″
* Lids sold separately Check out them out here

Did I say this was time consuming, it may be. In the end I think I am going to love it. After a little more searching I have found that Stamp with Sarah has a free down load for the labels. This just saved me some time. If you would like to get them just click on the above labels and it will take you right to them.
